The chains that set women free. Heritage cycle tour led by Ursula Harries and Glynis Francis;

For all you bike lovers out there, Alexandra Arts have scheduled in a heritage cycle tour on the 1st of November between 2pm-4pm, additional to our woodland exhibition, zine making workshop and artist talk. 

This guided cycle tour takes a meandering route from Alexandra Park to the Pankhurst Centre on Nelson street. We'll stop along the way at sites associated with some of the many inspirational women who campaigned for women's rights. Total distance 5 miles, finishing back at Alexandra Park. The pace will be gentle with frequent stops. Bring your own bike. Limited to 12 riders. Meet at the Pavillion, 2pm. Free. To book a place text or ring Ursula 07828466999
